  • What dates would we consider?

  • What type of menu would we like to have?

  • How much of a budget do we have to work with?

Your wedding day is perhaps one of the most important and memorable days of your life.  We have committed ourselves to make your day flow with out a hitch. We have put together a comprehensive and flexible package for your review that makes the planning of your wedding reception very enjoyable.  You may view our wedding reception package on line, by clicking on it below under the "Banquet Menus" heading.

To make the booking process even easier, keep the following questions in mind to help in the communication with your banquet salesperson:

  • How many guests am I going to invite?  (it is normal to have a final count of about 85%-70% of this list)

  • What dates would I like to get married on?

  • What special things would I like to have at my wedding reception to make it special?

  • How much of a budget would I like to allocate to my dinner reception?

rehearsal dinner events

Just as important as the wedding is the rehearsal dinner.  To make your planning and organizing easier, we have come up with a family style menu which offers many different flavors, and eliminates the need for sending out response cards for your guests to choose a meal in advance.  The main entrees are served in large platters, as you would at a family dinner table, that may be passed around and tasted by all your guests.  Guests can eat as little or as much as they wish, and they may choose to taste all or only one of the delicious entrees!  The package is designed to make your planning a snap, but your guests will be amazed at your great planning savvy.  You may also feel free to browse our dinner entrees and buffets if you so choose.

Keep the following questions in mind when booking a rehearsal dinner:

  • How many people will be attending

  • What day would we need to book

  • What time would we be arriving from the church

  • What type of wines or drinks would I like to offer for the beverage service?
